Thank you for shopping with Utsukushi. We strive to provide high-quality cosmetic products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our policy below.

1. Returns Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic and skincare products are eligible for return only under the following conditions:

• Product received is damaged
• Wrong product delivered
• Product is defective

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and unopened
• The product must be in its original packaging
• Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery

Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with cannot be returned.

2. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, photos of the product, and clear images of damage (if applicable). Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.

3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. You may be asked to provide your bank details.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after purchase
• Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
• Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product
• Allergic reactions (customers are advised to check ingredients before use)

We recommend performing a patch test before using any skincare product.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged or incorrect. In approved return cases, we will arrange reverse pickup where applicable.
