1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order is shipped.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: May take slightly longer depending on courier availability

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or above a certain order value. Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier partner details. You can track your order using the provided tracking link.

5. Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, public holidays, courier disruptions, or incorrect address provided by the customer. Utsukushi is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect shipping information.

6. International Shipping

Currently, we ship within India only.

7. Incorrect Address

If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages. Reshipping charges may apply. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before placing an order.

8. Damaged Package

If you receive a damaged package, take clear photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
